Overview
Okuda Orthodontics is a Henderson, Nevada practice offering braces, Invisalign and a range of other treatments. The site needed to introduce the practice and the doctor, explain each treatment and make it easy for a parent or an adult patient to book a free consultation.
My role was to build the approved design in WordPress with Elementor, with the repeating content — treatments, first-visit steps and location details — set up so the team can edit it without touching the layout.
The challenge
The design carries a lot of distinct sections: a full-bleed hero, a scrolling marquee, numbered first-visit cards, patient stories and a location block with contact hours.
Each one had to keep its shape on smaller screens without turning the page into an endless scroll, and the site had to stay quick despite the amount of imagery.
My approach
I started by mapping the design into reusable components and deciding what belonged in a custom post type versus a static section.
Treatments, first-visit steps and location details were set up with ACF and custom post types, then pulled through Elementor Theme Builder templates and loop grids so one edit updates every place the content appears.
Custom CSS handled the parts Elementor does not cover cleanly — the marquee, the numbered cards and the overlapping location block — and every section was checked down to 320px.

Key features
Result
The finished site presents the practice and its treatments clearly, and keeps the free consultation within reach from any section of the page.
The structure holds up across desktop, tablet and mobile, and the practice can update treatments, staff and hours from the WordPress admin.
